Default Turn signal lights flash when doors lock and unlock.

Ever since I've had the truck the lights blinked when I'd lock and unlock the doors. Now they don't, the signals do work though. Is there some "key turning trick" to get them to blink again?

Thanks.

Check your fuses under the hood near the battery. The horn and alarm are on the same fuse and when blown it will prevent the blinkers from flashing with the key fob. Your horn should be out too until you replace the fuse.

Sam,

I have a similar problem.

What do you mean by this: Ever since I've had the truck the lights blinked when I'd lock and unlock the "Now they don't, the signals do work though". Are you referring to the green return lights on the instrument cluster?

Set off your alarm and listen to the relay operating the flashing of the hazard lights; you should hear the clicking. Then press the Hazard switch and listen to hear the seperate relay which is in its own circuit.

Check which relay causes the hazard lights to flash. Should be in sinchronisation to the alarm relay. If they do not you have a basis to start working from

Horn works, alarm works. I don't have a key fob. The hazards flash, all turn signals work.
