Default Vehicle Emissions Label location on D1

Hi all,
Likely a dumb question but could someone give me the location of the "Vehicle Emissions Label" on the D1s. Cannot locate and cannot find any information on the internet. Probably just not looking in the right place. A picture would be extremely helpful if not too much trouble. Thanks much in advance.

Thanks all for the time. And pictures. Looking on a '95 model year. The link suggests that the decal may only be present on 96 or newer models. Might be why it can't be located. That or it is missing. Looking to import from Canada to the US.

Same place on a 95, though for some reason mine has turned negative over the years. Vacuum diagram is on the underside of the hood

Ah, appears as though as it is long gone then. Thanks for the confirmation. If anyone knows the happens to know the "Engine Family #" of the '95s from that label I should be able to get a certificate from the EPA that would suffice in lieu of the decal it self. I would be forever in your debt. If not I'll try the manufacturer directly.

Got a letter of compliance from Land Rover directly as a substitute for the label. Thanks again for the help everyone!
