This is going to sound stupid but mine does this under these conditions...if one tire is at a lower PSI than the others it can make a drive line clunk.
Last winter I thought my front diff was about to go, turns out I had a soft tire.

Second, driveline noise is normal for these trucks, being 1-full time 4x4 and 2-being all gears in the driveline as the gears wear there will be slack in them which will make noise as it is being taken up.
To help quiet that change all driveline fluids and switch to a 80w-140 gear lube, that will help alot.

Also make sure you change your fuel filter, you can get one at any autoparts store, it is on the frame behind the rear wheel.
A dirty fuel filter can cause rough running as well as premature fuel pump failure due to the fuel pump overworking to push fuel through the clogged filter.
If completely clogged the truck will not run.

Maintenance is cheap, repairs are expensive.

Ok so it is a bad front-rear u-joint. I appreciate all the help. I am going to change all the fluids next week. Does anyboody know what size wrench I would use for the fuel filter? I sprayed some PB on it to loosen it up. But will not turn with a vise grip. Thanks everyone.

you gotta change your fuel filter. Listen to Spike, he is a Super Moderator after all

and when you do, if you cannot get those nuts loose, there is another solution, I've done it myself.

fuel filter kit

That is what's next Danny. The vibration is gone and she's back on the road. Now I need to take care of my steering. Ball joints steering damper. I have loose play and would like it tight. Is there a thread to tell me what to do or should I download the Rave? I'm usually using my phone. So I need to get on the computer. Thanks Again guys!!

Ok so my steering problem is that I have play in my steering wheel before it actually turn the tires. I replaced the gearbox and shaft from the firewall to the box. It turns, no noise or anything just feels like something could be tightened I don't know. Also now this may be normal due to AWD but when I let off the gas it doesn't stay driving straight. Kinda swerves.
