Default Water in the oil and the exhaust

1995 Disco I, 3.9L V-8; interstate driving at 70 MPH, slowed for traffic and noticed white steam from exhaust, stopped and added anti-freeze, towed home. Pulled heads and number 3 cylinder was clean while others showed obvious signes of oil. Machine shop pressure tested them and gave the OK, valve job, replaced head gaskets, bolts, intake manifold gasket, exhaust manifold gasket, etc. Dropped oil pan, cleaned out the milkshake and sump. Fired it off and it ran great; only problem is I still have water in the oil and the exhaust and it started missing after it came up to temerature. I've been told it must be the block or the cylinder sleeve, likely on the number 3 cylinder. Any comments, suggestions or similar situations with results other than another $600.00 for nothing?

A container of KSeal block sealer, or Irontite product. A cracked block behind the sleeve would require another block or resleeve with top hat liners. In board cylinder problems are usually bad news. Many boneyards have half price sales this weekend (used motors frequently need head gaskets). The Grinch has come early this year to your garage.

A bolt on block pressure test will show fluid around the sleeve.
