Just make sure grease comes out of all 4 caps is the best advice I can give. Sometimes they need a little messin with to get them centered properly to get grease to flow corectly.

Mark everything so you get them clocked right for install. I would mark the flanges as well. You will need to roll the truck back and forth to get to all of the bolts and your flanges will get out of sync with a shaft pulled. Make sure everything goes back in the way it came out.

Pay special attention to what OK said about marking everything to ensure proper clocking on reassembly.

Your best bet is to get the driveshaft rebalanced. I dont think that a spacer is gonna do to much to get rid of the vibe.

Honestly..i think its a pinion angle issue...i think the HD springs lifted me waaaaaay to high...im running 36" on the front and 35" in the back with 235/70/16 tires..from the ground to fender...it was about 31" all around before...so i basically got two choices...cut the HD springs down where I get 34" all around (since my stock suspension sagged about 1") or put the stockers back in and call it good....im not about to spend another 500 for castor arms...just not in the budget at all
