Default Window ECU question

I have been working on the window regulators for my 95 Discovery.

Only the drivers window worked when I bought the truck, the roller failed 2 weeks ago but it will be fixed the weekend.

My question centers around the other 3 windows.

I have tested each console switch and found that they work fine and will raise and lower the track on the working window. When the switches are plugged into their respective windows all I hear is a very faint click from the passenger side area behind the glove box.

I removed the window regulator and motor from the passenger side to test for a bad motor in the regulator. No luck, it works when connected to the driver side.

I plugged in my voltmeter and it read 12.6 or something close at the working side motor.

On the non working side it measures 5.6 up to 6, but basically half the voltage, did not get the voltage for the non working back windows.

Is it probable that the ECU needs to be resoldered to repair the issue, or could it be reset? Any help is greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the relays are working, so check the fuses. From the RAVE:
Voltage for window lift and sunroof operation is
provided to the Window Lift ECU (Z147) from fuses
F1 and F2 in the Satellite fuse box 2. The Window Lift ECU is grounded
through the B wire at ground E200.

just to update and ask for additional advice, ground e200 seemed a little loose and when I went to tighten the nut it it broke. I tried using a self tapping sheet metal screw to ground the connectors to the body.

As I was working I found a relay plug (black base, last relay on bracket mounted horizontally) that did not have a relay in it, so I plugged the correct 5 prong in. (In searching the RAVE manual, it seems like it is K176 Dim/Dip relay)

Now I can not turn off my headlights at all and they seem stuck in 'highbeam'. When I unplug the relay, the headlights go out.

What started out to be a very simple window regulator issue has gone downhill in a hurry.

Any advice, encouragement, or perspective is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Tom, thank you.

From what I can gather dim/dip headlights are a feature that my vehicle does not have, there for not having a relay makes sense.

After removing the relay my passenger side head light works, although it is dim, and my drivers side is out.

Checked fuses and relays. No blown fuses. All relays seem to be ok.

I'm almost positive that I am going to go to manual windows I'm just searching for the right regulators / assemblies.
