Window goes part way up after repair

Window goes part way up after repair
I replace the passenger side window rollers with brass rollers. Checked them and they were smooth in the slides. After reinstalling them the window stops about 3 inches from the top and an inch from the bottom. Is there an adjustment for the motor? Thanks in advance for the help.
