Default Wiring for reverse camera

I’m attempting to install a new head unit with reverse camera. Looking online the only info I can find on how to wire up the reverse signal is to look for a green wire with brown trace. Is there any more info on where to find this wire on a 1998.
secondly I’m having a hard time figuring out the best route to get the wires for the camera to inside the car from outside there isn’t any easy way to get inside the door from what I can see. If anyone has done this and can give info to help or has links to wiring diagrams

found the wire and got it all wired up as well as a new head unit but I’m getting a really bad alternator whine did you run into this issue at all?

just installed a Rexing W303 in my 03 disco II. I ran the video wire and red lead for reverse setup along the A pillar and roof liner thru to the back trim of the rear of the rig where it meets the rubber gasket
seal for the door. I drilled a hole large enough if the black trim adjacent the rubber seal into the access hatch. From there, the wires will route along the wire bundle leading to the backup lights.

I mounted my camera just to the right of the trailer hitch at the rear edge of the plastic.
