Default Won't shift out of park

My brake lights do not come on, my turn signals do not work, and it will not shift out of park. I have replaced the stop lamp switch already so that is not the problem. If I jump the green/orange to the green/purple wires in the connector it doesn't do anything. And my rear defroster doesn't work so jumping that to the 3rd brake light won't work either. The only way I can get my lights to come on and shift out of park is if I run a wire from my battery straight to my 3rd brake light.

sounds like no power going to the brake light switch.....download the RAVE manual for the electrical circuit diagrams, but you can check the simple stuff first >>>check the fuses under the steering column, there are several relays behind the drivers and passenger's side kick panels.....the RAVE diagrams will help a lot
also....what year is your truck ?
