Once the 4.6L gets installed into my Gold 95 I won't sell it for a penny less than 30k no question. Rust free & solid D1's in original clean condition are becoming very rare.

Would a 4.6 in a 95 be considered original?

No the 95 D1 had a 3.9 or are you referring to RRC?

It would be considered an upgrade, and since it's still a Rover V8 I don't see how that would make it modified. If you were to pop the hood you'd have no clue it was a 3.9L vs a 4.6L.
