Hey guys, so I happened to be on eBay today and ran across this Disco.The price seems pretty reasonable....right?

I always knew that holding on to my Disco would pay off in the end, I just wasn't expecting it to be this soon. Anyone interested in a fully loaded low mileage 2000 SE7 for $35,000.

 

That has to be a typo, it just has to be.

 

My discovery is for sale then for $21,000! I would triple the money made factor.

 

Here is another one in Toronto, Canada......1997 for $24,500. And NO, it's not typo.

There's money to be made if you buy an old disco fit it out with all the off road extras and triple your investment, hell you could make a living out of this

 

More than likely the sellers account has been hijacked. eBay makes it hard to alert them about "possible" fraud unless there is a blantant issue with the posting.

When I sold my FJ Cruiser I had it on eBay and someone from NY contacted me about it. Their feedback was perfect and from their past listings it looked like they bought and sold cars, so it seemed legit. After going back and forth with the person several times I eventually replied directly from my email rather than going through the eBay system.

Next thing I know I get an email from eBay about my listing that looks absolutely perfect (had my name on it for security etc) and I clicked on it to log in and it did not work. I tried again, no luck. I went right to eBay and it worked, so I changed my password and sent the email to eBay.

A month later I get an email from eBay that the perons account that had been contacting me was hijacked and someone was using it to swindle people. It happens a lot I think. As a bonus, I used my work email to contact the person and right after that I began getting about 250 junk emails per day. I am still suffering dealing with all the junk becasue of this! Grrrrrr!
