Default [LR '04 SE] Front Spot Lights

Hey,
So I purchased a LR '04 Discovery SE, and it came with the lights mounted onto the cattle guard (in front of the grill). They have wires connected to them, although I am unable to turn them on, it's a little hard to follow the wires, and taking off the front right head light has been a pain. (The screws broke off. And the scrivets are also broken.)

They do say Land Rover on them, so I am not completely sure that they did not come with it. If anyone has any ideas on how to get them working, it would be really great. Also if anyone has a few guides to get the CC to work, and how to replace the back license plate light.

Should be the button with a number 2 on it. Near the gauge cluster. Might try with the head lights turned on too.

I have tried all the buttons, but I am still unable to get it working. Previous owner said something about a cable or toggle switch that he would get me and never did.

Might be wired up to work with the brights? My factory LR lights (when they worked) only worked with the brights on.

Side note : I like how you call it a "cattle guard."
