Default 0134 code help please

Had the code pop up on the ultra gauge, followed by the CEL. That is the code for the front drivers side o2 sensor showing no activity. I had washed the engine a few days ago, and wondering if that might have something to do with it. Thoughts? Anyone ever have a loose wire or something like that throw that code?
If the sensor is indeed bad, is it suggested to do both upstream sensors together? I've never had to mess with o2 sensors in the past. Also, any tips would be appreciated. I have a bad paw right now with a torn tendon in my finger, so I'm hoping a bit of pb blaster and it won't be terrible...but I've been wrong before.

Advance auto has the Bosch Premium sensors. With discount it is $127 for both and they have in stock, plus a $25 coupon for future use so let's call it $50 each. Anyone use those? They. Bosch from factory?

Those are the ones, good price to. just go ahead and replace them. although it may be tough with one paw. the connectors, especially on the drivers side can be a tad difficult to get to. Also make sure you use some dielectric grease, which of course means you need to clean the connectors as well.
