How many miles on it? You have 02 sensors failing #1 cylinder misfiring and a gear shift issue.

yes my gear shift is acting crazy for some reason. when I put it in 3 I get the m & s blinks. then I have to reset it either pushing the mode button and then turn it off. and then for some reasom when I put it in drive the drive dots red one do not glow on the selector plastic. sometimes it will sometimes it wont.

as for miles it has 90k

where should I start on the 02's the pre 02's or the ones after the cat middle of truck

I got a couple different codes this morning, here is what my scanner pulled
p0705
130
135
171
154

705 is related to the XYZ switch on side of tranny, either out of adjustment or most likely full of crap to be cleaned out.

130 front LH bank O2 sensor out of range

135 - front sensor LH bank shorted or open heater circuit (check connector)

171 - LH bank outside normal fuel adjustment range (becasue of above codes)

154 - RH bank - front O2 sensor - no activity

Based on all that I would say that unless your are lucky and find connectors grimed up on the front O2s you'll be looking at two of those, mpg should improve.

XYZ switch may have to come off and be cleaned out.

RAVE download will include all these codes.....

Did the 705 go away also, shouldn't have since it is not tied in with the 02, but a tranny related issue.
