02 Disco II OBDII data link location

I'm trying to locate the OBDII data link on my 02 Disco II. I've heard its right of the steering column, but I can't find the dang thing...anywhere. Little help please?

To the right of the steering column under the bottom of the dash you'll see the scanner port, I had to stickmy head under the dash to see it for the first time.

FYI, there is no need to open the fuse panel to get to the obd port. If you stick your head right in front of the seat it's almost directly in front of the accellerator.
