tire size
i currently have the stock 18inch wheels and tires on my 02 disco. i've got some 30x10 bf goodwench all-terrain tires lying around that i took off my jeep. does anyone know if they'll fit onmy 02disco without rubbing? the tires are on 15 inch wheels with the same lug pattern as the 18's. i dont want to put them on the 18's if they wont fit, but it seems that they would do fine on the 15's. any help would be appreciated.
On an 02, you have so little room for larger tires especially if you are going off road. Normally you get into fender damage and steering stop problems.
Have you thought about selling your 18"s and get some 16's and a 2" lift, makes a huge difference.

I currently have 265/70/16 on my DII which converts to 30.6"x10.4" my tires haveNEVER rubbed, granted I live in florida, so the main wheelin around here is flat trails and deep mud. Also u should probably check and make sure the offseton the 18" isn'tdifferent from the 16". I have read that disconnecting the sway bar will help with articulation of front end, and this would be impossible with that size tire and no lift.
