any recommendations for an OME lift install in houston? 4 wheel parts says they don't handle OME.

why not just do it yourself, it is really not very hard.. get a friend to come over to give you a hand. buy some beer make an afternoon of it. You should be able to complete by yourself in about 4 hours..

 

ha! They don't "handle" OME? That is bogus.

 

I have purchased OME from them in the past, BS,
And yes, go to British Parts of Utah or Lucky8 and order the kit you want and install it yourself, Lucky 8 even has a video showing how to install it saving you $250 to $300 labor.
