03 Disco ABS TC Hill Decsent Brake Lights on
Hi everyone,
First time posting here. I purchased an 03 Disco with 40k miles back in Jan 07. Got it for a pretty good price, but the brakes needed to be done. About a month in to ownership, the BRAKE, ABS, TC and Hill Descent lights went on. I also started to get brake squealing at that time. So, I just took the truck in to be serviced. They replaced all four pads along with the front rotors.
My issue is the lights are still on after the brakes were serviced! Because this was my first time at this shop, they did a once over on the truck. They noticed there wasa leak on the right side of the front axle. The mechanic said the lights are likely still on due to the leak. Does this sound right? Is there something else that might be causing this?
Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks!

Never let a mechanic work on your truck when he doesn't know what he is doing. The leaking hub is most likely causing the warning light to come on, how mwehanical are you?
As for turning off the lights you need a shop that has either a Rover test book or an auto logic scanner to read and clear the codes.
