All I know is when we took the drum apart there was a loose screw on the inside not visible until the drum was removed. After reassembling the drum and of course tightening the Philips head screw on the inside I drove the truck and it road as I stated before smoooooooooooth as glass. It has been 3 days and about 300 miles vibration free.

Sorry I missed your question, a RAV is a reacquired vehicle. When some one has a problem with the same issue for more then 3 x's Land Rover is required to buy it back if the customer is unhappy with the vehicle. The problem is fixed and then Land Rover resells it with a note in the window that it is a buy back. The price is usually 20 % less then a vehicle with no known issues. example of one I saw: a super charged 06 Range Rover @ Hoffman Estate Land Rover for 40k. but I like your guesses

Thanks skyguy, I wish Jeep did that with out '99 Grand Cherokee. We were in and out of the shop for years with warped brake issues and faulty ECU problems that were eventually remedied... but did take well over "three" times to fix.
Learned something new today. So... where can one get an RAV? I'd like to score an '04 Disco two or an '06 LR3.
