03 HSE7 with Nav radio. Powers on but no sound.

Default 03 HSE7 with Nav radio. Powers on but no sound.
Just got my 03 HSE7 back from the shop with fixed misfire issues. I tried the stereo today and the navigation head units powers on and all controls work but I’m not getting any sound. Any ideas?

Check the fuse for the power amp. Check the connector to the power amp (it is under the driver's seat).

Ive checked fuses F17 and F16. They are good. I’m not sure what other fuses to check for the amp? Connection At the amp seems good.
