Exclamation 03 Land Rover Won't shift

I have a 03 Land Rover Discovery SE, when i start it i can not shift from park to any gears, and i also have no brake lights. This happened about 2 months ago and i replaced the brake light switch and it fixed the problem. Well it happened again so i went and replaced the switch again. Also this time the reverse lights don't work and the cruise control won't work. I have been Driving it by pressing the release under the shifter to get it in gear. I just got laid off so any help or ideas will be appreciate it so i don't have to take it to the deal thanks

Did you try checking the neutral safety switch? It could also be the shift console..

Default Won't shift out of park

I took off the shifter cover pushed the release pin to drive it. Brake lights were out, but would shift normally. It was the "switch stop light" part number XKB100170 on the brake pedal. Only $26 and easy to replace

If no reverse lights you might want to check your fuses as well.
