Default '04 hse7 Discovery heavy right rear leaning

Woke up to an extreme right rear leaning '04 disco. Picture attached. It's as if I have a dead flat tire, but tires are inflated proper.
I'm kinda panicking. Is this just a shock or coil problem? If so, expensive to fix? Or something one can do on their own?

Pre-Thanks for any advice. I need it, brothers.

Sorry for the upside down pic. Can't get it right side up on the iPad.

looks like you have a bad air bag on sls suspension. if you have coil suspension, it is broken.
take a picture of the axle, behind that tire

edit; just saw that it is a 7 seater, so probably sls. you can fix it or do a coil conversion.

You need a rear air bag. Its an easy diy job. I'd recommend replacing both if you could.

So, I hate to state captain obvious for you guys, but I just jack it up, take the tire off and this thing will be staring me in the face to change? I'm about to google it, so I hope the tutorial is there.
Again, thanks for the help. About to order the part.

Hey Dusty - is that true? I enjoy your sarcasm on this forum, but just want to clarify it *is* that easy...?

Also, can anybody explain the difference between the standard air spring and this one, for a couple hundred $$$ more. AIR SPRING REAR DISCOVERY II w/LEVELING, RND823, RKB101200 - Rovers North - Classic Land Rover Parts

Air spring w/ leveling

Thanks

Schwaggy I think it could be the OEM one? Anything with the LR stamp on it is $$$. It could be both also? I'd get arnotts though, they have a warranty that will last longer than the truck!
