Hey all,

I finally got my hands on a pas pump from an 04 and as im replacing it on my 03 the darn high pressure hose from pump to box doesnt fit. I thought theyd be the same size, Im thinking the threads are stripped. Has anyone had this problem? Has anyone replaced that particular hose?

 

All DII's use the same PAS pump. The threads are probably buggered or maybe you are not pushing the fitting in enough before trying to screw on the nut?

 

ya, last time I rebuilt the pump that hose went in smooth... I guesss the threads are messed up. bummer. Has anyone replaced this hose? I was looking through the manual and it doesnt really show where the other end is at. I followed it through and it went behind the radiator. I know I have to to take off the driver side wheel. Any ideas?
