Unhappy 12V and no blow!

Ok I've read just about every post I could find, but I haven't found the answer yet. I've got a 2002 Disco II. The heater blower motor stopped running one day. The fuses are good, I'm getting 12V at the connector, the blower runs at max when I connect it direct to the battery and I can't find any burnt connectors under the glove box.

Is there an amperage problem? Don't tell me I have to start chasing wires. It's about to get HOT in Corpus Christi, TX! Help!

LOTS of posts about this. Probably cracked solder inside the fuseblock, interior or under hood or both. Solder is passing 12V until put under load, the crack cannot handle the amps. New fuseblock or bypass as stated in numerous posts.
