Start with a tune up (magnecor wires and plugs) and replacing all 4 O2 sensors and then clear then and see what comes back.

Start with the tune up, I would hold off on the O2's until that is done in my opinion.

Some of those O2 codes (134, 154) are indicative of dead sensors so they will definitely need to be replaced from my experience.

Spike what do you make of P0734 and P1536. I have never seen those before. P1536 sounds like a bad compressor clutch not sure about P0734.

1536.......I have that code as well. My AC will blow ice cold but if I drive for long periods of time (long road trip), it may not blow cold for several minutes or longer, then all of the sudden, it starts blowing ICE cold again. The process continues. My mechanic told me he thought it was the expansion valve.

See what happens when you don't take care of problems as they come up, 4 months before you got your codes read, that is insane.
So as already mentioned, a tune up with wires, 4 02's, way to early but you are killing them and a MAF to clear the the lean codes and the 734 tranny code. In the mean time, quit driving it before you trash it.

Thank you all very much for your advises. For some clarification, this is my dads truck, so thats why it took 4 MONTH after first problem appeared till it almost died. Now hes not driving this thing and thats why he asked me to take a look. When I plug my scanner, I was SHOCKED!!! 14 CODES?!! When I looked online, I already told him hes gonna need a good tune up plus couple O2 and possible MAF. I just wanted to make sure Im on the right track and may be there is something else.
I appreciate everyone opinion..
Ill let you know on progress....

PS. I personally owe DII, 2000 with 80k and just last week did a tune up after I got 3 codes. P0300, p0302, p0303. Plus I had to replace one of the coils. Now it runs like new....

Cleaning my MAF, cleared that 4th gear code for me. Found the solution on this board.
