14 throble codes... WOW!!! Any Idea???
Cleaning our Bosch MAF's is not a good practice cause they will usually dies soon after.
Nothing really mysterious about them, a lot of cars have that same hot wire element in them. In my case the grease monkeys broke the airbox clips, lots of gunk made it's way up the intake pipe. A good cleaning with MAF cleaner and it's been happy every mile. If it dies I'll post back up about it.

Ok folks. Here is the deal. So far what i have done:
1. Replaced front, RH O2 sensor.
2. Replaced MAF sensor.
3. Change spark plugs and wires.
4. Replaced aftermarket Air filter with OEM.
5. Cleared the codes and after a while here is what came back, with some new codes:
P1884 new
p0171
p0174
p0154
p0135 new
p0155
and some pending codes:
p1174
p0102 new
3 amigos not coming back on.
this is down to 8 from 14 trouble codes.
one more thing, car works rough in drive at idling.
Any idea where should I go next.
Thank you.

OK, here is the big question of the DAY, where did you buy your MAF, was it ia Bosch MAF in a Rover box, I am going to guess you went for a cheap one and that is what is causing the 102, 171, 174 and 1174. As for the 1884, don't wory about it, it will go away when all the other stuff id fixed.
With your mileage, I think the other 02 need to be replace, one for a malfunction the other for a heater fault.

Thanks Mike, I appreciate your suggestion, you are right the MAF sensor was from NAPA so I told my dad to take it back and buy one from dealer, so he did and guess what? Now only 3 codes left
P0155
P0154
P0135
they came after about 10 mi driving, Im assuming I need to replace 2 O2 sensor now... Any other advise? Which ones are those 2?
Thanks in advance.

probably needs a maf sensor and the oxygen sensor codes are caused by some oxygen sensor connectors with oil in them from a blown a intake gasket.
might be also causing a lean code so dont think a new maf sensor will cure all your ills.

Just FYI... got 24 P-code on my 98 discovery, do a good Tune-Up erase everything and it came down to 3,(canister valve and oxygen sensor) wich i'll take care in the next few days
