16" rims from D2 2001

Default 16" rims from D2 2001
would they fit my D1 '95
and if they fit - they are 255/70/16, I have 235/70/16 on the trk now- would that pose a problem?
I guess not, the difference would be 14mm in height, if my calculations are correct..

They will not fit because the DII uses a different bolt pattern than a DI. Otherwise a 16" rim is a 16" rim. Its the tire that you put on it that matters.
