Default 17" Wheel Options

This may be a long-shot, but I'd really like to find some 17" steel wheels for my D2. Ideally, these would be the same style as found on the Defenders.

I'm aware of the "rockcrawler" wheels that a lot of companies offer (procomp), but I really want a style that's very similar to the steel wheels that you'd find for a D1 or Defender.

My reason for wanting a 17" wheel? The jeep guys around here all upgrade their new JKs with big blingy wheels/tires right off the lot, and sell those brand new 255/75/17 BFG MTs for dirt cheap. I can pick up a brand new set of 5 for $500 any day of the week.

My D2 currently has a new set of 285/75/16s, but I prefer the narrower tire!

Yeah, those are just the "rockcrawler" style wheels that a lot of people sell. They're easy to build to any width using that pressed center section, which is why they're so cheap and plentiful.

I'm more looking for this style:

I don't know of any defenders with 17" wheels. You can get some 17" alloys from an LR3 along with LR3 lug nuts, and some hub adapters.
