19" '05 RR wheels on DII, hubcentric sizes and what lug bolt MY?

19" '05 RR wheels on DII, hubcentric sizes and what lug bolt MY?
Sooooooooo.. just called the dealership to price a set of '05 RR lug bolts. My shop cost was $277.60?!?!?!?!?! 
So.. ebay it is. Not gonna get these wheels on anytime soon.
What about the hubcentric rings? 2 of the wheels came with nice anodized aluminum ones already. These are the 6 spoke 19" RR wheels.
I've searched, most just say you "need them" not what size. I found a mention of 72.62 mm wheel bore size and 70.10 for DII hub size. However I think that was an '03 RR wheel, and I'm not sure about the MY changes.
Also, what other MY options do I have when searching for lug bolts which will fit inside the bolt head bores of these 19" wheels?
