1996 Disco 1 Crank Sensor Location?
I have no idea, if it aint factory I dont know, sorry.
But I am leaning towards the aftermarket alarm/kill switch being the problem.
Why would you install a kill switch on a $3000 truck any way? The alarm for stereo equipment and such I kinda understand, but who in there right mind wants to steal a 13 yr old truck?

I understand the remote starter, I live in West Michigan and we get colder than you, but what I dont understand is the kill switch, thats all.
Not giving you a hard time about it, I just dont understand but then again I dont live in a bad neighbor hood either.

The only problem I have with that is if you lose power to the aftermarket remote starter, you're done - no start. They fail with the ignition and starter circuits open rather than closed. Rather annoying.
Every decent remote starter I've ever seen (aftermarket) has an ignition kill built in. It's already in the path of everything that it needs to be in to do it, so, why not?

In the winter time I just go and start my truck and then come back inside, 10-15 min later she is warm and the windows defrosted and all the snow melted off of them too.
Same thing after work, start it up and then go and park my van inside, come out and my truck is nice and toasty.
