Just take your sprayer thats on the garden hose and tuen the water up as high as it will go, then spray from the back of the radiator towards the front of the truck.
No need to remove the fans, just spray water.
Pollen, dirt, dust, weeds, grass clippings, etc. all get stuck in the fins and then hold heat not expell it like the radiator fins do, so it can run hot.
When I drove truck I had this problem once, the radiator was full of those white puffy dandilion things that float in the air and my truck kept overheating.

Cool, I'll definitely try that when I get home. Hopefully that and the system bleed will fix it, as I was really hoping to take her to out to the ORV park this weekend and break her in!
