Default 1998 Disco

i found a 98 disco here the other day, red, tan interior, only one door ding. 4.0 sohc? (i think) 92,000 miles. they want $13,000 for it, sounds like a little much to me. great looking truck though, if i didn't owe $7,400 on my mustang, i think i'd get it

Isn't insurance killing you? not to mention gas prices

Price is a bit high.
I'd expect somewhere in the 10's for a Series 1

when one tank is empty, i drive a different vehicle. for example, my 2002 honda rebel gets 55mpg. 2.3 gallon tank. i take off hard everywhere i go. i laugh every time i fill it up.

The price is very high. Watch Ebay. I got my mint condition fully loaded 98 Disco LSE from a guy who listed on Ebay. It had 87,000 miles on it, and was located in Nashville. I called the guy after it failed to sell on Ebay, and I offered $7K and he took the deal.
