Hi all -- After a three year hiatus,I am again a pround owner of aD1 (I previously had a '97 D1). I was able to pick up an Epsom Green1999 D1 with full documentation and 110k. Anyway, as you probably know, the SD model that year doesn't have fog lights, but it does have the electrical plugs under the hood to connect the fog lights. I assumed that there would also be an electrical plug under/behind the clock to plug into the front fog switch, but after pulling the clock and cruise switch below the clock, I didn't see a connection for the fog light switch. I didn't see a fuse for front fog lights in the manual, either. Am ISOL here? I would like to connect an old set of OEM foglights (I collected a lot of D1 parts previously) up to the factory switch instead of a generic switch. Does anyone have any experience with this or advice?
