cleaned in take with sea foam through vacuum port, stalled engine and a bunch of the liquid flowed into intake. And of course like an idiot i attempted to restart, with no success. what should i do and where can i get an engine.

 

Just crank it over until it starts. It will start. Just may take a few tries.

 

yup i let it sit for a while no problems, just a lot of smoke. When it originally cranked over it made a fairly loud ping, thought for sure i had snapped a rod or something.

and to think i call myself a technician

 

If the engine turns over OK, at a normal speed and just doesn't start, you are OK and need to turn the key and hold it till it does start, don't give it any gas or turn the key on and off.
Why did you let it swallow all the SeaFoam without regulating it?

 

I attempted to regulate the flow with a pair of needle nose vise grips, but it did not work so well, snapped open and dropped off. I just went into the oh s##t mode. But it fires up fine and runs so i guess i dodged that bullet.
