Did you break your e-brake cable???

 

No, I'm talking about the red CDL light that should come on

 

Haha when I bought it the e-brake didn't work and I thought the cable was just in need of adjustment, turns out I was wrong.. I'll be acquiring a new cable and tackling that project in due time.

To the question about the CDL light.. No, I didn't have to connect any wires or anything. My light just came on naturally.

 

Since you installed a whole new transfer case, there are probably some signal wires that need to be connected that weren't attached to your old one (because your '03 won't have had anything to connect them to).

 

Ah. I'm not worried really. CDL works and that matters more than a light working lol. Thanks guys!
