#2 Engine Management System fuse keeps blowing..
plugging in the Inertia switch causes the #2 fuse to blow.. but also, when I jump the plug to the inertia switch blows the fuse as well.. so it's not the switch, its in the wiring...

updated my comment.. its not the switch itself
unplugged the leak detector and didn't help.. tested the wires to the leak detector.. no resistance/not grounded.
The only issue I have found so far is that the C0635 plug to the ECM PIN#13 White/Orange wire is a dead ground. #1/7/19 have continuity but 13 is dead. That is the RH-up stream O2 sensor..
I tried cutting that wire (didnt change anything) to isolate that circuit and also disconnected that O2 wire.. Nothing changed.
With the inertia switch unplugged nothing blows so I would assumed that the O2 sensors are not the issue.
I am running out of wires to test and ideas.

I went by a junkyard today that has plenty of the ECM's on hand. I grabed one and just to test, pluged it all in. As soon as I turned the ingition to the on position, the fuse blew again...
So It's not my ECM.. It must be between the inertia switch and the ECM..

0.2 ohms? 0 ohms? O.L. ?
The resistance on the wires to and from the inertia switch are 0.001 ohms.. And when we reset the switch, the wires show 0.237 ohms....
With the inertia switch unplugged, the #2 fuse will not blow. When we plug it in, or if we jump the wires on the pigtail to the switch, the fuse pops..

Figured i would ask just to clarify.
I would personally go after wiring. I don't think its the switch. I think is a wiring issue somewhere. Maybe the connector is shorted together, or a wiring is grounding out.
Hard to tell over the interwebz though.

Did you ever found the issue for the engine managent system relay #2?
I have the same trouble and Im going crazy alredy
