My second choice on tires is 265/75. I was a bit concerned with the width though, thinking there may be some rubbing under articulation? Any experience with that MC04DII?

I've seen some 16x7 wheels listed on CL coming off of D2's. Are those not common?
I've flexed fully and had no problems. Maybe on a full turn flex you could get a little. I don't have a stock front bumper though, so your results may vary.

I just mounted 285/75/16 on mine with a 3" TF HD lift from Lucky 8 and I have no rubbing at all. I will be installing my TF sliders with nerf bars tomorrow...I had a 265/50/20 on and the new guard dogs are not as wide as the street tires.

That would be my ideal setup, but I gotta manage to get in and out of the garage and parking garages. How high is your rig to the highest point of the stock part of the truck?
