It is not required but it is nice to get an alignment after the lift. Other than that I cannot think of anything else you will need.

FYI : You DO NOT need a spring compressor to do this job. There are really no "extra" tools required. A good ratchet and wrench set and you're good to go.

yep but my floor jack did not lift all the way up to the sky

(if i remember its a land rover that we talk so it mind that you have a very extra long travel before wheel are off the ground if you lift from the truck frame )
so if you are using the same technic that i used (floor jack and arm ) i just cant figure how to changed spring and shock whitout a spring compresion tool

i was actually thinking about that little problem. i was thinking put the jack on the ramp to get an additional 6"s or so, my jack stands go high enough so the time on jack/ramp combo would be only long enough to get her up in the air.

ps, curious, what is the stock travel on stock coil all around 00 disco?

Just get creative where you place the bottle jack in between the frame and the axle after you get the truck high enough, no spring compressor and didn't remove the rear sway bars and did it all by my lonesome.

I think I heard 18" shock travel stock....that's just what I've heard.

x2
FWIW, even the 3" TF springs go on without a spring compressor or removing sway bars or disconnecting the brake/ABS lines...in the back it was pretty tight, but that was more the brake lines than anything else...overall it's not difficult, just time consuming.

I'd imagine the 2" OME springs should slide in without much trouble...
