When i bought this 2000 disc the horn,cruise control never worked.So i change the fuse and as soon as i hit he horn the fuse blows,Help where should i do

 

Short or bad hrn unit.
As for the cruise control, does the button on the dash light up when you press it?

i think the horn and the cruise control is all on one when my wife gets back i'll check but now i think about it the alarm system is not working the horn part ,the key ativater works and arms it but the horn part does'nt work

 

Get under the truck and unplug the horn. See if it still blows, if not , replace the horns..
