Default 2000 disco 4.0 waterpump replacement

how long should it take? at stealership and at home? we all know that a stealership is going to charge flat rate (any guesses), but long does it take the average fiarly well equipt guy in his back yard?
Anyone know if any of these pumps a better than the other GMB New Water Pump$200.,Duralast New/Water Pump$200.,Genuine Land Rover Water pump$300., and a Proline V8 water pump $89.50.
is there anything else i should be replacing while i'm into it this far?
again thanks for the help
