Default 2000 Disco II headlights not working

I have a 2000 Disco II.

Hit a deer and needed to change out the passenger side headlight and side marker.

Since then the low beams don't work. High beams work and are aimed so poorly no-one flashes me at night.

I checked all fuses and all are ok. Checked 12 volts at the headlight connector and the high beams give 12 volts as it should. Lows have no 12 volts.

Any ideas? Both sides low beams do not light.

I would suggest that you replace the lo beam headlamp fuse/s, they can sometimes fail and still look good, is it possible that a ground wire may have gotten damaged at the headlight that was replaced??
It is also possible for both of the low beam portions of the bulbs to fail, but you said you dont get 12V when they are on low beam??

I checked the Usual fuses (And any fuse related in any way to lighting.) and the fusible links with the under hood fuse box.

Everything checked out fine.

Anyone have any other ideas???

did you replace the headlamp fuse???
Did you verify the wire integrity at the damaged headlight?.
Could the power wire for the lo beam have gotten cut??

Good idea about the wire being cut. But Both side low beams are out.
