2000 Disco II right horn button

2000 Disco II right horn button
My '00 Disco's right horn button is stuck in the down position and doesn't work.The left button is good and works fine.I have fairly good mech skill and most likely can repair it. The question I have is on pulling apart the steering wheel dealing with the airbag components,etc. Any advice?
