Could be evap system issue since you mention just filling it up. But best thing to do is check fuel pressure and spark at this time.

Thanks,

Sorry I missed that.

So some more information.

OK, so had the truck towed back to my parent ( they are in Pittsburgh, I am in NYC and was right in the middle of PA when it died ), tried to start it next day nothing. I waited for about a week and it started after I hooked it up to another battery for 20 minutes or so. Turned right on, no engine lights or anything.

I want to note that I did have the truck sitting for a month before I took it on the long trip and it didn't turn back on after the fuel up. It didn't start and I had to get it jumped and it did. Then I took it on the longer trip about 2.5 weeks later when it wouldn't turn over.

So it does run now, do you think it was the battery? It drives fine now, had it running around for an hour or so and no issue.

Guess worst fear is when it is time to take it on a long trip again ( which I have to eventually ) it will not turn on again for whatever reason.

Looking forward to any advice and again thanks.

Garrett

Garrett, as we've replied previously, the problem you had with your truck is an example of what happens when the CKPS fails or is failing. You can also have the battery and alternator tested for free at most any auto parts store. Good luck.
