Default 2000 discovery 77k miles Worth Buying?

Hello, I went car shopping yesterday and saw a 2000 discovery land rover. It was in very good condition and had 77K miles on it. I am a little worried about jumping into a vehicle I know nothing about. I would image maintanace shouldn't be too bad, but possibly very expensive when it needs work at the shop.

I would lover to become a true LRF member.

Can anyone please let me know what I am getting into? Common Poblems, Know Issues, useful links? Possible Engine Life? Is 77K miles a lot on a Land roover? I own a lexus with 200K miles and felt better than most new cars that I test drove. Can I expect the same with Land Rover?

I am considering on buying it this week if not this weekend(Can't Wait).

Thanks In Advance
Any info would be appreciated

Maintenance and repairs are very high on NAS Rovers. Don't stretch to get into this vehicle without having the funds to upkeep it. Don't see too many NAS Petrol DII's with over 100K.

My opinion.
