Default 2001 to 2003 COMPLETE facelift

Daughter smashed the front of my 2001 on the first slick day all the way to the radiator. Cheap 2003 parts truck available. I know a lot of people have done just the headlights for the newer look, anybody swapped out the whole front (including the "bulkhead")? In the Rave it doesn't look too hard, maybe easier than cutting up the 01 headlight boxes to make the 03's fit.

The bulkhead as in the firewall? Or the radiator support panel?

Oddly, the RAVE manual refers to the sheet metal panel that holds the headlights and the hood latch goes in to as "the bulkhead".

Ahh, odd. I think it's spotwelded, shouldn't be to crazy to replace. The front full facelift isn't too tricky to do by itself

I think you are correct on the spot weld. Could drill them all than do a plug weld with a mig to re-install
