I have done a lot of work to my 2001 Discovery 2 and I am in the final stages of putting it all back. Can someone help me out decipher the two front pulleys where the belt rides, it appears to me one pulley is larger than the other, I am looking for the pulley under the belt tensioner, is that the smaller one? Any one has a part number? Any pointers here?

Based on this pic from the Rave, you’re missing the idler pulley.



You don’t have ACE like in the above pic (upper right), but again, it looks like you are missing a pulley in the lower left.

 

I would toss those URO hoses asap. Those things are so cheap and often collapse, IMO they might as well not even be considered an actual option for Disco hoses. You can even see how much that one going to the tee has swollen.
