Question 2001 D2 Steering Probs- Help!

Power steering started leaking from where the high pressure hose goes into the gear box after cleaning the engine. Took it to LR dealer:
-First time they charged me $650 to replace the hose (said there was a crack, had to pull the radiator to replace it).
-Went to pick it up, making lots of noice and fluid looked real foamy. They said there was a leak in a vacuum hose going from the reservoir. Only charged me $75 that time.
-Second time went to pick it up, still making the noise. Said the discos can get air in the box when it all settles out despite bleeding, so they bled it again and sent me on my way. No noise when I drove off, but when I went to drive it the next day there was fluid on the floor and making noise. Turned the steering wheel and saw it was leaking from exactly the same spot (where high pressure hose goes into the box). Topped it off and drove it until I could bring it back in. I noticed that the noise stopped after driving it for a while. Took it back to them
-Third time I went to pick it up, started it and still making the noise. Fluid still foamy, but no leak. They apolgized, said that they had bled it after fixing the leak, and said they would get it fixed first thing Monday.

Anybody have any idea why the fluid would be all foamy and make all that noise??? As I mentioned, it seems to get better after driving for a while.

You got raped, it might be easier to replace the hose with the radiator out, but there is no way they needed to remove it.
