DEFINATELY replace, at least the bottom radiator hoses.. If not all of them.. I did my water pump, cheaped out and didn't replace any hoses, and on a nice long trip a few years ago, the damn bottom hose blew while fueling up... No rover dealer even remotely close, it was 4th of july weekend, and the worst part is that the hose is extremely hard to get to, if you don't already have stuff removed.. I ended up buying a small section of hose from discount and a emergency repair kit, and limping it home the 6 hours..
