Attached page from RAVE circuit diagrams. Fuel pump relay is grounded by ECU to operate. Body control unit (includes alarm) controls the starter relay. Ecu also powers up main relay, which enables all the sensors, etc.

Sounds like problems in the underhood fuse box. If alarm was immobilizing you starter would not turn over.
