OK I am at my whits end here with removing the radiator in my disco. top bolts removed and keep digging to find screws. drivers side I removed the air cleaner to remove the platic side bracket to get to the screw on that side but still hing up on the lower cooler. Drivers side I will need to remove the battery box it looks like to get into that side also. to get to that hidden screw on that side. This is getting to be frustrating to say the least so far as have been at it for 3 hours and have broken one part so far that connects the lower shroud to the top of the radiator.
Which is where it is leaking from and the passengers side is cracked also.

So other than slicing it up to work on the sides I am stuck lol.

Do you have the Rave manual? Complete instructions there. You have two choices, once you find all the screws. Bend the cooler lines out so the radiator can come out, clearing the cooler lines. Or you disconnect the cooler lines and pull all of the out. The coolers slide in to a captured slot on one side, a screw holds them on - on the other side. Once you get it out and are ready to put it back in, I drill the slot mount and put screws in both ends.
